The International Exchange Center, founded in 2001, creates opportunities for deepening international understanding. It sponsors programs described below that enable students to learn foreign languages and gain cultural experience at overseas educational institutions. The Center provides support to not only Toyo Gakuen University students but also Toyo Gakuen alumni who seek overseas education.

The Center also energetically assists foreign students and visiting researchers to enable them to utilize the functions and facilities of the university.
