Hajime ABE, Professor

Professor Abe graduated from the Faculty of Science, the University of Tokyo, and completed the doctoral program (major: Geography) at the graduate school of the same university, where he obtained the degree of PhD (Science). He worked for Toyo Women's College as an assistant professor and served other positions before accepting his current position.

Miyuki AIBA, Professor

Professor Aiba graduated from the Faculty of Letter, Gakushuin University. She completed the postgraduate program at the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba. She served as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the same university before accepting her current position.

Kazuhito ASHIDA, Professor

Professor Ashida graduated from the Department of English and American Literature, Yokohama City University. He dropped out of the doctoral program at the graduate school (major: English Literature) of Komazawa University. He studied at the University of Queensland while enrolled in the graduate school. He was a research fellow of McGill University.

Junichi SATO, Professor

Professor Sato graduated from the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Hosei University. He is a sports instructor qualified as Tennis Coach IV by Japan Sports Association and as a Master Coach by Japan Tennis Association. He is the chairman of the Promotion and Instruction Committee of Kanto Tennis Association. Starting from 2008, he served as the manager and coach of men's and women's tennis clubs at Toyo Gakuen University before accepting his current position.

Shunpei SHIOYA, Professor

Professor Shioya graduated from the Faculty of Humanities (major: Psychology) of Tokyo Metropolitan University and completed the master's program in Psychology at the Graduate School of Humanities of the same university. He completed coursework in the doctoral program at the graduate school of the same university. He is qualified as a clinical psychologist. He has developed his career as a clinical psychologist at institutions including children's nursing homes, department of psychosomatic medicine of hospitals, and mental health clinics.

Tomohisa SHIBUYA, Professor

Professor Shibuya completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Health and Sports Science, Juntendo University, where he obtained the degree of Master of Health and Sports Science. He is a research scholar of the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, Juntendo University.

Yoshiya SUZUKI, Professor

Professor Suzuki completed the postgraduate program at the graduate school of International Christian University. He is qualified as a clinical psychologist and school psychologist.

Noriyuki NAKAMURA, Professor

Professor Nakamura graduated from the Faculty of Letters of Kyoto University and completed the doctoral program at the graduate school of the same university. He worked as a special research fellow at Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and as a project assistant professor at the Center for Frontier Science, Chiba University, before accepting his current position.

Kaori FUKUDA, Professor

Professor Fukuda completed the doctoral program at the graduate school of Tokyo Gakugei University.

Masahiro HORIGUCHI, Professor

Professor Horiguchi graduated from the Department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Education, Kyoto University. He completed the master's program at the Praxis and Research Center for Clinical Psychology and Education, Interdisciplinary Studies in Education Division, Graduate School of Education, Kyoto University. He withdrew from the doctoral program with research guidance approval at the graduate school of Kyoto University. As a certified clinical psychologist, Associate Professor Horiguchi gained clinical experience at a child psychiatry clinic, as a school counsellor, at an education support center, and at a student counselling room of a university.

Keiko MASUMITSU, Professor

Professor Masumitsu graduated from the College of Arts, Rikkyo University and completed the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Social Sciences and Humanities, Chiba University, where she obtained the degree of PhD in Literature.

Naotoshi MITSUKAWA, Professor

Professor Mitsukawa graduated from the Faculty of Health and Sports Science, Juntendo University. He completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Human Sciences, Waseda University and the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Sport Sciences of the same university, where he obtained the degree of PhD in Sports Sciences.

Asumi IIDA, Associate Professor

Associate Professor Iida graduated from the Liberal Arts and Humanities Course (major: Philosophy), Letters and Education, Ochanomizu University. She completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Humanities and Sciences of the same university. She worked for a company and studied and lived overseas before she completed the doctoral program majoring in Comparative Studies of Societies and Cultures at the Graduate School of Humanities and Sciences, Ochanomizu University.

Nao TAKURA, Associate Professor

Associate Professor Takura completed coursework in the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Political Science, Waseda University. She worked for Kyoei University as an associate professor before accepting her current position.

Fumitaka TANEMURA, Associate Professor

Associate Professor Tanemura graduated from the College of Human Sciences, Second Cluster of Colleges, University of Tsukuba. He completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Education, Kyoto University, where he majored in education. He completed the doctoral program, majoring in Human Developmental Studies, at the Graduate School of Modern Society and Culture, Niigata University. He has also been involved in activities including creation of learning opportunities, human resource development, career development support, and revitalization of local communities at business enterprises and general incorporated associations.

Nozomu HASEGAWA, Associate Professor

Associate Professor Hasegawa graduated from the Department of Sports Science, Faculty of Health and Sports Science, Juntendo University and completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Health and Sports Science of the same university. He completed coursework in the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Physical Education, Chukyo University. He served as a full-time lecturer and associate professor at the faculty of human studies of Aichi Toho University and as a project associate professor at Tokyo Kasei University.

Misuzu INOUE, Assistant Professor

Professor Inoue graduated from the Faculty of Humanities, Tokyo Metropolitan University, and completed coursework in the doctoral program at the graduate school of Senshu University. She gained clinical experience in psychiatry, childcare, education, and other fields and then served as a faculty member at Seiwa Junior College before accepting her current position.

Ryo SHOJI, Assistant Professor

Assistant Professor Shoji completed the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Social Sciences, Hitotsubashi University.

Kota NAKAMURA, Assistant Professor

Assistant Professor Nakamura completed the doctoral program in Human Care Science at the Graduate School of Comprehensive Human Sciences, Comprehensive Human Sciences Research Group, University of Tsukuba.
He is qualified as a clinical psychologist, a certified public psychologist, and a psychiatric social worker.
After completing the graduate school, he worked for a psychosomatic and psychiatric clinic and a university hospital (higher brain function test, etc.). He currently specializes in activities for supporting organizations and individuals, including:
(1) Support for organizations and working individuals in Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
(2) School counseling practice at elementary to high schools
(3) Consultation for tackling harassment at a university

Moe ASADA, Assistant Instructor

Assistant Instructor Asada graduated from the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Waseda University and completed the master's program at the graduate school of International University of Health and Welfare. She completed coursework in the doctoral program at the graduate school of Ochanomizu University before accepting her current position. Qualified as a clinical psychologist and a certified public psychologist, Assistant Instructor Asada has gained her clinical experience at nurseries, maternal and child living support facilities, and other facilities which relate to infants and their parents.
