Professor Iio graduated from Meiji Gakuin University and studied at Hope College. She completed the master's program at the Department of Linguistics, Michigan State University.

YIN Cheng, Professor

Professor Yin graduated from the School of Chinese Language and Literature, Beijing Normal University in China. She completed the master's program at the Institute of Literature, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. She worked as a full-time lecturer at Shanghai University in China and special lecturer at Toyo Gakuen University and served other positions before accepting her current position.

Hiroshi TSUSHIMA, Professor

Professor Tsushima graduated from the Faculty of Education, the University of Tokyo and completed the master's program at the graduate school of International University of Japan, where he obtained the degree of Master of International Studies. He worked for the International Development Center of Japan and Long-term Credit Bank Research Institute, Inc. before accepting his current position.

Toshio TSUMURA, Professor

Professor Tsumura graduated from the Faculty of Letters, Keio University and completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Media and Governance (Language and Transculture) of the same university. He completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (major: Language and Information Sciences) of the University of Tokyo. He completed coursework in the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (major: Language and Information Sciences) of the University of Tokyo. He worked as a lecturer at Keio High School, Toyo University, Chuo University, Waseda University, as a teacher at a public junior high school in Yokohama, and served other positions before accepting his current position.

Daniel PAPIA, Professor

Professor Papia completed his Baccalaureate degree at Sophia University in Tokyo; his Master's studies at UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television in the U.S.; and his Doctorate with the University of Wales in the U.K. He has taught for decades and worked at several professional careers involving media and communications.

Junichi MATSUMOTO, Professor

Noriyuki YASUMATSU, Professor

Professor Yasumatsu graduated from the Department of Law, School of Law of Meiji University and completed the master's program at the Graduate School of Media and Governance of Keio University. He served as a (visiting) Senior Researcher at Keio Research Institute of SFC and a part-time lecturer at Toyo Women's College and Toyo Gakuen University before accepting his current position.

Yusuke YODA, Professor

Professor Yoda completed the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Language and Society (Studies in Language and Society), Osaka University. He is a visiting research fellow at Kobe City University of Foreign Studies. He served as a visiting research fellow at the University of Pennsylvania.

Chigumi KAWAGUCHI, Associate Professor

Associate Professor Kawaguchi completed coursework in the doctoral program at Osaka School of International Public Policy, Osaka University.

Hironao KOBAYASHI, Associate Professor

Associate Professor Kobayashi completed the doctoral program (English Literature) at the Graduate School of Letters, Arts and Sciences, Waseda University. He worked as an assistant at the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Sciences of Waseda University and as a research fellow (PD) under the Research Fellowship for Young Scientists program of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science before accepting his current position.

Masatoshi TAKEUCHI, Associate Professor

Associate Professor Takeuchi graduated from the Faculty of Policy Studies, Chuo University, and completed the coursework in the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Law of the same university. He served as a part-time lecturer at Takasaki City University of Economics, Musashi University, Kanagawa University, Rikkyo University, and Tamagawa University, and served other positions before accepting his current position.

Hiroko YAMAMOTO, Associate Professor

Associate Professor Yamamoto completed the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Humanities and Science (major: Japanese Language and Literature), Ochanomizu University. She served as a part-time lecturer at Toyo Gakuen University, Chiba University, and other universities before accepting her current position.

Hyo Yun LEE, Assistant Professor

Assistant Professor Lee completed the doctoral program (major: Law and International Relations) at the Graduate School of Law, Hitotsubashi University. She worked as a specially appointed assistant professor at the Graduate School of Law, Hitotsubashi University and at Hitotsubashi University Institute of Innovation Research and served in other positions before accepting her current position.

Minoru KADOTA, Assistant Professor

Assistant Professor Kadota worked as an associate professor at the Faculty of International Business, Temple University, Japan (2013 to 2017) and as a data scientist at a foreign-affiliated company (2017) before accepting his current position. He serves concurrently as an assistant professor at CSI, Rikkyo University (since 2018) and as a data scientist at DN Technology & Innovation Co., Ltd. (since 2020).

Tomoko NAKAMURA, Assistant Professor
